PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
- Manage the registration and participation of users in the Guadalindie event.
- Respond to queries or requests for information from the user.
- Promote and disseminate the event by capturing images, always done on an ancillary basis, for publication on the websites of the co-responsible parties and Social Networks: Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, Youtube, Instagram, LinkedIn, or in printed or audiovisual promotional information.

LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING
The legal basis for the processing of your data is the consent given by the user when applying for registration for the event, for which the user declares that he/she is of sufficient legal age for the processing of his/her personal data without the need for the consent of a legal representative (over 14 years of age).
The legal basis for the use of the image, always captured in an ancillary manner, for the promotion of the Guadalindie event, is the legitimate interest of the Joint Data Controllers to disseminate through their own and external media, the activities organised as part of this event. You can oppose to this treatment by refusing to be captured at the time of capture or once the image is published by requesting its deletion according to the procedure indicated in the section on the exercise of rights.
The legal basis for the processing of data by each entity outside the scope of co-responsibility for commercial purposes is the consent given by the data subject when marking or giving the corresponding authorisation. You may revoke this consent at any time.
TO WHICH RECIPIENTS WILL YOUR DATA BE COMMUNICATED?
The images contained on our website and social networks may be viewed by any follower of our activity on them.
HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR DATA? HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
The data provided will be kept for as long as our business or professional relationship is maintained and will subsequently be blocked for a period of 3 years at the sole disposal of the Courts and Tribunals in order to attend to possible claims, after which time said data will be deleted.
The data provided for the sending of commercial communications and images for the promotion of the event will be kept as long as you do not object to the processing of your data for these purposes by requesting the UNSUBSCRIBE from commercial communications or requesting the removal of your image. Once the deletion of your data has been requested, they will be blocked for a period of 3 years, available only to Public Administrations, Courts and Tribunals to attend to possible claims, after which time said data will be deleted.
Los datos proporcionados para el envío de comunicaciones comerciales y las imágenes para la promoción del evento se conservarán mientras no se oponga al tratamiento de sus datos con estas finalidades solicitando la BAJA de las comunicaciones comerciales o solicitando la retirada de su imagen. Una vez solicitada la supresión de sus datos, éstos serán bloqueados durante el plazo de 3 años, a disposición únicamente de Administraciones Públicas, Juzgados y Tribunales para atender posibles reclamaciones, tras los cuales, dichos datos serán suprimidos.
