How do I get to the site?
Who is this event aimed at?
This event is aimed at professionals and enthusiasts of the videogame industry. Although Friday is a day more focused on professional and technical talks, anyone can buy the ticket they are most interested in.
What catering options will there be at the event / near the event? Can I find vegan / allergy... accessible options?
Yes, vegan and allergy-friendly meals will be available. This will be taken care of by the Conference and Exhibition Centre's own catering team.
Is there a discount for attendees on transport or accommodation?
Yes, we have discounts with Renfe and several hostels. You can fill in this form to get them.
Is the event site accessible / adapted?
Yes, the Trade Fairs and Congress Centre of Malaga is fully adapted and has access for people with reduced mobility problems.
What does a stand include?
A stand includes an exhibition table (2m x 0.8m), a 1.5m x 2m canvas, two chairs and two professional tickets to the event.
What can I exhibit?
Videogames, board games, VR, AR, association work, fanzines... You choose it! Projects focused on blockchain or using generative AI outside of our ethical standards will not be allowed.
I am an artist, can I exhibit my art and sell at the event?
No. At the moment only exhibition stands are planned.
Which ticket can I buy?
You can buy the ticket of your choice. The Professional ticket will give you access to the fair on both Friday and Saturday, while the General ticket will only give you access to the fair on Saturday.
How much is the entrance ticket?
The Professional ticket costs 20 euros and gives you access to both days. The General admission ticket, which only allows you to attend on Saturday, costs only 3 euros.
From what age do I have to pay admission?
Children under the age of 6 can enter the event free of charge when accompanied by a paying adult.
I am not actively working in the video game industry, but I am a student / indie / work in a parallel industry / or simply want to go on Friday as well, can I buy the pro ticket?
Yes, of course! Friday's ticket is designed for a more professional audience but is open to anyone interested. You don't have to meet any requirements to be able to buy it.
Where can I buy a ticket?
Are pets allowed at the event?
No, in order to protect the animals from the possible noise at the event we have taken the decision not to allow pets at Guadalindie.
Who will give the lectures?
Is there a business zone and how does it work?
We have a networking area for interested parties to meet and talk. We are still working on the logistics, so when it is sorted out we will communicate what the procedure will be.
Is there a job fair?
No. This is our first edition and we wanted to limit the number of activities. If you think it is something interesting for future editions, let us know via social networks and we will evaluate it for future editions.
Are there any post-event activities?
Yes, we will organise some activities after the event so that all interested people can sign up. We will provide more information as the event gets closer.
